Goblin Trilogy 1: Goblin Quest

This GraphicAudio production follows Jig, a near-sighted goblin runt who is bullied to accompany some other goblins on patrol. While scouting ahead, Jig runs into a group of adventurers including a Prince and his brother who happens to also be a Wizard, a Dwarf and an Elf and he tries to go back to let his goblin pack know. The goblins rushed into battle and promptly all get slaughtered except Jig, who is held captive by the adventurers. Jig manages to convince the humans to keep him alive and they allow him to lead them on their quest to find the Rod of Creation. However this Quest is full of the unknown with danger lurking at every moment. They run into a powerful necromancer, who stands guard over the Rod of Creation, dragons and Orcs and other beasts along the way. The break out star in this is Jig's sidekick companion, a fire spider named Smudge.

This book is reminiscent of BLUE MOON RISING in that it combines Fantasy and Adventure with great characters and a touch of humor. Nanette Savard's direction along with Allison Thomas' sound design create one of the most enjoyable productions we have produced to date. Musical Composer Thomas Hogan wrote a wonderful musical theme for this series that really captures Jig. This title, along with the second book of the series, Goblin Hero, which was released earlier this week) make for enjoyable listening whether it's at home or on the road. The lead character is a spy who happens to be a werewolf in this gripping tale set during WWII. Lots of gripping action adventure, JAMES BOND style without the Aston Martin.

What about Historical Fiction? Learn more about early North America with the Gears and NORTH AMERICA'S FORGOTTEN PAST SERIES (Filled with authentic details about Early Native American cultures.
